Urban Health Plan Selects American Made Independence LED Lighting for its New Diagnostic and Treatment Center
LED lights help community health center set new benchmark for energy savings, plus LEED GOLD Target
June 28th, 2012 - NYC - When Urban Health Plan (UHP) began construction on a 54,000 square foot addition to its main site at 1065 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY, it wanted to ensure that the building was energy efficient . To do so, it purchased a comprehensive range of LED products totaling $350,000, from Wayne, PA based LED Manufacturer Independence LED. These LED products use half as much wattage as a typical fluorescent tube.
